This website, gypsy-tales.com, is operated by Gypsy Tales LLC, a limited liability company registered in California, United States ("Gypsy Tales", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

Gypsy Tales is a motocross and action-sports media brand. This site publishes information about our podcast, our videos, our guests and our partners, and links to the platforms where that content is hosted. It is an information and promotional website. We do not sell products or take payments through it.

3. Our content

All content on this site — text, photographs, video, audio, logos, graphics and the arrangement of them — is owned by Gypsy Tales LLC or used with the permission of its owner, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view it, link to it, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell, or build a commercial product from it without our written permission.

Short quotations and embedded players, used in the normal way that people discuss and share media, are welcome and need no permission.

4. Our podcast and video content

Our episodes contain the personal opinions of the host and guests. They are published for entertainment. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial or safety advice, and nothing said in an episode should be acted on as such. Guests speak for themselves, and their views are not necessarily ours. Action sports are dangerous; nothing we publish is an instruction or an encouragement to attempt anything you see or hear.

5. Guests, partners and third parties

Where we name a guest, sponsor or partner, that reference does not create a relationship between you and them. Where we link to another website or platform, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content, its terms, or how it handles your information.

6. Contacting us

If you send us a message, a pitch, or a guest suggestion, you are telling us that you are entitled to share whatever you include in it. We may read it, keep it, and reply to it. We are not obliged to reply, and we are not obliged to use an idea you send us or to pay for it. Do not send us anything confidential.

7. No warranty

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail on it is current. Episode information, dates and partner details change.
